Head of International IoT Sales (m/w/d)
Key resoponsibilities:
- Manage a team of approx. 10 employees (Sales, Presales, Inside Sales)
- Lead the team to a strong pipeline and revenue contribution
- Win new customers and grow revenue with existing customer base
- Create a reliable forecast based on sales pipeline (new business) and existing customer growth and present in regular business reviews
- Create Go-to-market plans and execute in line with company strategy
- Identify new target markets and customers considering market potential vs. investment needs
- Provide insights to develop product roadmap and to support strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business opportunities
- Represent DT IoT at conferences, fairs and other valuable events
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a sales team with P&L > 10m€
- Experience in working in a Telco, MNO or MVNO company
- Long term experience in working in an international and intercultural matrix organization with global capabilities
- Long term experience selling services across Europe and USA
- Long term experience in the IoT/M2M environment (connectivity and management platforms)
- Long term experience in negotiating contracts on senior executive level
- Existing relationship to decision makers in multinational Enterprises
- Fluent English communication skills

We offer an annual gross salary of € 100.000 (38,5 hours/ week | full-time basis) as well as the willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
